Rose Red Elk, also known by her performer alias Red Feather Woman, is a unique voice in the indigenous performer community. Not only does she strive to share her wisdom with the youngest among us through beautifully produced children's stories and songs, but she also has a profound message to share about our relationship with our farthest ancestors - from this world, and others.

Situated between some of Americas most beautiful natural landscapes and the Mexican border, the indigenous communities of Arizona have a unique position both geographically and culturally. As they approach their old age, they have entrusted the Indigo Project to archive and share their secrets - for better and for worse.

Indigo: Uniting the Tribes

The central pillar of the Indigo Project, this documentary series aims to combine the various teachings from tribal elders in our mission to preserve their wisdom, along with cutting edge narrative and documentary filmmaking techniques to uncover the crucial role that indigenous communities have to play in the modern world, as well as how they might better integrate with modern power structures.
